Contact Forms

If you send a message to us using a contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, message, and any other identifying information you provide, such as address or phone number. We store this information in an internal database, as well as emailing a copy of your information and message to a webmaster(s) to review and reply to your message.

Information collected is used for our organization only. Other than circumstances such as unlawful activity or serious threats to health and safety, we do not share personal information. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time.

This site uses HTTPS and SSL to securely encrypt all data sent to and from the website. However, for your own security, please do not submit sensitive information through our contact forms.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How we use Cookies

If you send a message on our site, we may save your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you submit a contact form message, we retain the message and all of it’s content indefinitely. We keep this info so that we can reply to your message, or get in touch with you again in the future. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time.

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
