Dave’s Bio

Now this is a story all about how
my bike got flipped, turned upside down
and I’d like to take a minute just sit right there
I’ll tell you how I became a Chimp on this race team here.
In Western New York, born and raised,
on a baseball diamond Dave spent most of his days…

Finding a passion for the bike during graduate school in Connecticut, Dave grew that into full fledged racing beginning in 2013. He would go on to join the Empire Brewing-Syracuse Bicycle race team, then manage the Syracuse Bicycle men’s team, and is a founding father of this here badass Salty Chimp situation.

David is a latent print examiner for Onondaga County by day, adjunct professor at Syracuse University by night, and is owner of Eureka Forensic Services LLC.

Dave is married (sorry ladies) with two kids and a dog. His hobbies include photography, gettin’ nutty in the kitchen, and all things nature— for these are what is best in life (Conan would probably agree with that).
